At Lulu Francis, we strive to do something different. Our products are designed to last – invest in quality and it will never go out of style. We love the finer things in life. We feel that everyone deserves a little luxury and believe in the old adage:

“Buy the best you can afford at the time.”

Experienced and different

We have worked in interior design and soft furnishing production for many years and have seen the proliferation of web-based companies offering machine made products, rushed through production, basic finishes, little imagination and scant attention to detail.



We wanted to do something different.

So Lulu Francis was born.  A coordinated and thoughtful collection of beautiful things, lovingly put together by our talented designers.

Service based

It’s not an online shop; it’s a service.  There’s no shopping cart for our made to measure products – we don’t do instant gratification – we like to review your requirements and make sure what you have selected will give you the best possible product.

We’ll even make sure we minimize the amount of fabric wastage to give you the best result – it’s all calculated by a person, not an algorithm.

Quality assured

We take the greatest care when choosing the products we offer and follow the same standards in our production processes.  Our talented team have tens of years of experience in soft furnishing production.  Each product is finished by hand and then independent quality control checks are made by one of the design team.

Some of our products (such as wallpaper, paint, poles) will be dispatched to you directly from the manufacturer.  We only work with suppliers who have excellent quality control measures and customer service standards.

So, you are looking for some curtains or a roman blind.  Perhaps you have a whole room to decorate and you simply don’t know where to start.

Simply browse our edits to find your look.  Find a wallpaper that speaks to you, a fabric you simply must have.  Choose paint, add a little trim, pick the right pole.  Add your measurements and leave the rest to us.

We will calculate the right amount of fabric, advise on fullness, maximise the use of pattern repeats across multiple window treatments and let you know if there is any remnant fabric to make into sumptuous cushions for instance.


Trust us

We know decorating a room or choosing curtains and blinds can be a daunting decision.  Before you take the plunge let us send free of charge samples to you in the post.  We can even create a mini mood board if you’re working with a completely blank canvas to help you visualize the scheme before it’s put into place.

Once you are ready to go ahead, pay by secure link and wait patiently for your products to be delivered.  Paint, paper and poles arrive first to get you started.  Once the decorating is done and the pole goes up, the curtains will follow, made to the exact measurement needed.  Roman blinds are delivered ready to fit.

Lead times will be advised when you place your order but in general this will be 4 to 6 weeks, 8 weeks at peak times such as the run up to Christmas.
